Job Description

As CURA Connect moves to a clinically led delivery model, this role will own the client-facing delivery and growth of our Medical Concierge and health & wellbeing proposition. You will combine hands-on care navigation with client relationship management, guiding clients through their care journey while helping them get more value from CURA’s clinical services. Because this role involves delivering and advising on clinical services directly, a clinical or allied-health background is required.

What You’ll Do

Medical Concierge & Care Navigation

1. Guide clients through care pathways, including specialist referrals, second opinions, pre-authorisation support, uncovered-benefit coordination, and home-country treatment.
2. Coordinate complex cases with empathy and clinical judgement, working closely with allied partners, hospitals, and specialists.
3. Own concierge cases end-to-end within agreed service levels, while keeping accurate records in Odoo.

Client Relationship Management

1. Serve as the clinically literate relationship owner for your portfolio of accounts, from onboarding through renewal.
2. Spot and convert opportunities to expand clients’ use of Medical Concierge and health & wellbeing services, translating clinical value into real outcomes.
3. Advise HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders on preventive and clinical wellbeing programmes with genuine clinical credibility.

Prevention & Wellbeing Programmes

1. Support biometric screening, risk profiling, and preventive health activations, interpreting results for clients in clear, clinically sound terms.
2. Contribute clinical insight to programme design and outcome reporting.

What You’ll Need

• A clinical or allied-health qualification, such as a registered nurse, allied-health professional, or equivalent health-management qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in medical concierge, patient services, managed care, care navigation, or a similar client-facing clinical role.
• Familiarity with the UAE healthcare system and pre-authorisation processes.
• Commercial confidence, with the ability to advise and grow service adoption in front of HR, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, with Odoo preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
