By accessing and using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This portal functions solely as a marketplace facilitator, connecting buyers and sellers, and does not own or directly sell any of the products or services listed by third-party providers.

By accessing or using CURA CONNECT PORTAL L.L.C ("the Platform"), you agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Role and Limitation of Liability

CURA CONNECT PORTAL L.L.C operates as an intermediary platform facilitating the display, marketing, and sale of products and services between third-party sellers/service providers and buyers.

The Platform is not the manufacturer, supplier, employer, agent, or representative of any listed seller or service provider.

We do not guarantee the quality, legality, authenticity, accuracy, or availability of the products or services offered by sellers.

All transactions are made at the sole risk and discretion of the users (buyers and sellers). We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of such transactions.

2. Seller and Service Provider Responsibility

Sellers and service providers shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with applicable laws (including tax, licensing, consumer protection, etc.), and delivery or performance of services.

Sellers shall ensure that all products/services comply with local, state, national, and international regulations, including applicable safety and warranty standards.

Misrepresentation, fraud, counterfeit products, or violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate account suspension and legal action if warranted.

3. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing any product or service.

Any disputes, claims, or concerns related to product/service quality, delivery, or refunds shall be resolved directly between the buyer and seller, unless otherwise specified in the Platform’s dispute policy.

4. Payments and Refunds

The Platform may act as a payment processor or facilitator but does not assume responsibility for delays, transaction failures, or refund processes unless otherwise explicitly governed by a platform policy.
Buyers and sellers agree to comply with the Platform’s payment and refund terms as applicable at the time of transaction.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Users shall not upload or post any content that is offensive, misleading, infringing, or violates third-party rights.

All trademarks, logos, and platform branding are the exclusive property of CURA CONNECT PORTAL L.L.C and cannot be used without permission.

6. Privacy and Data Use

By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and use of their data as described in our [Privacy Policy].

The Platform implements reasonable measures to protect user data but does not guarantee the security of information shared online.

7. Compliance and Legal Requirements

All users agree to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in case of violation of these terms or any unlawful activity.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on it.

9. Amendment of Terms

The Platform reserves the right to amend this disclaimer and the terms of use at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Independent Seller Relationship

I understand that the platform operates solely as a technology facilitator, and that the products and services listed are offered by independent third-party vendors. The platform is not a party to any transaction, contract, or sale made through it.

Accuracy of Listings

I acknowledge that while the platform strives to ensure accurate and updated information, it does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, quality, or legality of the listings, content, products, or services provided by sellers.

Due Diligence and Verification

I confirm that I am solely responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before making any transaction, including verifying credentials, licenses, regulatory approvals, and the suitability of any service provider.

No Liability for Transactions

I agree that the platform is not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or dissatisfaction arising out of a transaction, delay, or failure of service from a vendor listed on the platform.

Dispute Resolution

I understand that all disputes are to be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller. The platform may assist in facilitating communication but is not legally bound to mediate or resolve disputes.

Compliance with Local Laws

I confirm that I will comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which I am transacting:

Data Privacy & Consent

I agree to CONNECT PORTAL L.L.C Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of my data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021, Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (2021), and Kenya’s Data Protection Act (2019).

Prohibited Activities

I agree not to use the platform for:

Engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal transactions.
Uploading or distributing harmful or infringing content.
Violating intellectual property or third-party rights.

Platform Modifications & Service Changes

I acknowledge that the platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at its sole discretion and without notice.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from my misuse of the platform or breach of this disclaimer.
